L.E. Myers crews built a 161/69kV substation, constructing the foundation, offloading and assembling a 161/69kV transformer, erecting steel, and installing breakers, switches, auxiliary and metering transformers, a capacitor bank, and the property fence. Also included in the scope of work: spill containment, bus and cable work, and relay testing and commissioning.
